Educational Training Styles

Our study highlights changing a few elements of diversity training may really make a difference, based on how they are implemented within organizations. While our job takes the kind of small experiments with undergraduate students, we think it's potential to be utilized responsibly within businesses. And because undergraduate students are definitely future workers, we see uncovering what functions for this particular group as a first step in discovering what may work for the wider population of working adults.
